不滿全體警察遭抹黑　警聲會怒告柳林瑋

警聲會召集人並身為警察眷屬的陳明怡小姐，對於醫師柳林瑋散布不時指控，以警員在323驅離行動中受傷，都是造假傷勢及打人所形成，更在媒體虛構警員都有「黑麥汁」解渴，因此今早10時許前往台北地院按鈴控告，對醫師柳林瑋提出《誹謗罪》告訴。

陳明怡表示，在柳醫師提出不實指控後，許多人在臉書上留言，將對警眷施以同樣暴行，已經造成警眷在生活上不安，擔心會有人聽信指控而做出不理智行為，更造成民眾與警方的對立，才會挺身而出提告，另表示若台大學生洪崇晏將於4月17日下午再次號召「路過」中正一警分局，將與律師商議提出告訴。（余思維／台北報導）
