【動新聞】eTag爭議多　高公局成遠通應聲蟲

國道計程收費自上路以來風波不斷，《壹週刊》接獲許多投訴，不是帳務問題、就是服務據點過少，造成民眾困擾，至今仍未改善，高公局處理爭議時，卻像小媳婦一般，讓遠通拼命打臉。

今日出刊的《壹週刊》報導，高雄林小姐接到遠通寄的繳費通知，欠費的竟是過是約10年的父親已註銷的車牌，去電遠通說明車已於2003年註銷，業者回電要她再次說明註銷時間，她氣炸，認為不存在的車被要求繳費，應該是去釐清，卻要她提供資料。

台中林先生2月去超商繳eTag費用，明明只有一筆欠款，卻跑出9筆記錄，高公局說是他自己列印9次繳款單，會請遠通處理，遠通回覆卻稱是系統異常，他批：「太扯！跟高公局申訴也沒有。」台北蔣先生在超商繳費，發現欠費是每半個月結算，只要跨越結帳日，就會變成2筆代繳。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
