立院審查總長被提名人　顏大和說有信心

立法院司法、法制及內政委員會聯席會議，今天上午9時審查總統馬英九提名的總長候選人最高檢察署主任檢察官顏大和，顏大和上午一早到立院表示他有信心，對媒體問他與前總長黃世銘比較，他說黃是他的長官，他尊重行政倫理。

顏大和隨後口頭報告指，他個人擔任檢察總長的工作理念是忠於人民、獨立超然，不畏權勢、伸張公理，嚴守程序正義及證據法則，保障人權、維護公理正義，人文關懷、保護弱勢，謹守檢察行政分際。

顏大和說，未來的工作重點是，審慎發動強制處分權，落實偵查不公開原則，積極查察賄選，杜絕黑金政治，執行正己專案，整頓司法風紀，督導執行查緝槍毒及反詐騙專案，積極查緝違反國土保育、食品安全的刑案，尊重特偵組存廢或變革之決定，恪守依法行政。（林益民／台北報導）
