顏大和說未來辦案嚴守程序正義

立法院司法法制委員會今天上午進行檢察總長被提名人顏大和資格審查，顏大和表示，若能擔任檢察總長，將要求本身及所有檢察官嚴守程序正義，謹守行政分際，不越級報告，不濫權偵查，他有信心接受立法委員的考驗。

媒體問，有沒有信心做得比前任檢察總長黃世銘好？顏大和說，黃世銘是他的長官，兩人面對的案件不同，不能類比。他說，今天準備了六法全書，與學運有關的偵查問題等考題接受立委質詢。
