南投縣1名劉姓男子(61歲)2年前起花約200萬元，買名牌包、寶石等大禮，送給鄰居、清潔隊員及送報生等人；妻子帶他就醫，診斷患「妄想症」，妻子避免他再亂買東西送人，向法院聲請輔助宣告獲准。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，劉男是公司小主管，卡刷爆了，就向銀行辦信用貸款外，也向兒子借錢，劉妻經常向人打躬作揖賠不是。法官表示，劉男日後遇有借貸、投資等重大財產管理，都要由輔助人協助，劉男在家中的經濟大權，將交由妻子掌管，未獲同意無法再任意支配大筆支出。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
