俄烏緊張時刻　俄再試射彈道飛彈

正當俄羅斯與烏克蘭的情勢緊張之際，五角大廈昨天證實，俄羅斯又再度進行洲際彈道飛彈的試射。不過五角大廈也表示，俄國在試射前已事先通知美方這項例行試射作業。
 
五角大廈發言人華倫（Steven Warren）表示，俄羅斯按照新的戰略武器裁減條約（START）進行事先告知。華倫雖強調美俄都會例行進行洲際彈道飛彈與潛射彈道飛彈的試射作業，但他並未說明俄羅斯究竟視設的是哪一款飛彈。
 
俄新社14日報導，俄國戰略飛彈部隊從普列茨克航天發射場成功試射PS-24洲際彈道飛彈。俄羅斯上個月也曾試射洲際彈道飛彈，並在試射前遵照莫斯科對美俄核武條約的承諾，事先告知美國此事。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
