股市衝9000點　吳當傑：有信心

立委林德福今天在立院財委會質詢指出，股市是否受學運影響？財政部次長吳當傑說，319之後的股市漲幅與其他市場相較小一點，不排除因心理作用，對股市較擔憂。
 
林德福再問，如果沒有學運，股市是否能衝上9000點？近期是否能上9000點？
 
吳當傑說，今年的基本面非常好，去年上市櫃公司獲利成長46.7%，今年大型權值股分配現金股息會比較好，現金殖利率更高。外資1~3月淨匯入47億元，且是買超。此外，3月出口也成長，股市涉及國際因素，不好判斷，未來股市應可反映基本面，對股市發展有信心。
 
立委吳秉叡則不滿財政部將股市漲跌與學運扯上關係，他指股市在學運期間上漲200多點，影響股市因素複雜，怎可推到學運上。（林巧雁／台北報導）
