國際籃總關說 戴維斯順帶解套？

〔自由時報記者張正邦／台北報導〕「Q隊長」戴維斯代表台灣角逐仁川亞運，昨出現一絲曙光，國際籃總（FIBA）致函亞運籌委會，希望替目前在世界盃奮戰的菲律賓歸化球員布羅契解套，若能成功，戴維斯也可望比照辦理。

FIBA秘書長鮑曼在函中指出，他們認為布羅契等歸化球員既可在FIBA主辦賽事替國家出征，其他國際賽理應擁有同等權利，希望亞籌會審慎評估歸化球員是否適用於「取得身分、居留3年」的單行法。亞運隸屬亞奧會，和FIBA的規定本就有出入，翻盤機會不高，但若真能成功，不只布羅契可站上亞運戰場，戴維斯和台灣隊也將受益。
