最窄房屋拍賣　開價逾9百萬

日前英國房地產拍賣網站上發布一棟英國最窄房屋拍賣資訊，這棟只有約2公尺寬的創意房屋，開價超過20萬英鎊（超過約台幣993萬）。 　　

這座英國最窄房子坐落在英國倫敦北部，建造在兩座房屋間隙中，房子的寬度只有約2.1公尺，然而麻雀雖小五臟俱全，這座房子一樓有廚房和洗手間，二樓有有兩間臥室和一間起居室，此外還有一個天臺和中央熱水系統。 　　

這間最窄房屋將於10月1日正式拍賣。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
