食藥署：30個月內完成食品工廠業者查核

以餿水油混充豬油販售的強冠企業，從2011年11月起，經歷5次查廠，均沒揪出違法，直到餿水油爆發後才被勒令停業，外界質疑政府查廠「查假的」，衛福部食品藥物管理署區管中心主任馮潤蘭表示，這5次稽查重點是強冠是否符合食品良好衛生規範，及因大統混油事件後，將食品添加物（銅葉綠素）、產品標示等列稽查重點，強冠都符合規定，她坦言油品原料來源、流向非查廠重點，將儘速開會討論將油脂業者納入食品溯源系統管理，杜絕漏洞。

食藥署組長潘志寬指，該署將結合各衛生局，30個月內完成全台食品工廠登記業者查核，須符合食品良好衛生規範，將來若油脂業者經開會討論、公告納入食品溯源系統、主動送驗備查管理後，將納入查廠重點項目。（蔡明樺／台北報導）
