財政部9日將公布8月出口統計，由於7月是電子製造業拉貨期，8月出口可望維持出貨熱潮穩定成，外界預期可繼續維持正成長，創下出口連7紅的紀錄。財政部張盛和則透露，出口逐月成長，8月維持正成長。
 
元大寶來經濟研究院策略分析師嚴承暉指出，中國採購經理人指數（PMI）呈現擴張，亞洲國家中，韓國的PMI在50以上，日本的採購經理人指數也反彈至52，台灣的PMI為56，一枝獨秀，表現最好，預期台灣8月出口不會太差，8月比7月成長更多。（林巧雁／台北報導）
