女子撿手機落水　安檢所和警消接力救人

新北市淡水一名邱姓女子(30歲)昨晚與友人聚餐後，獨自一人在淡水河岸散心，因新買的手機掉落水中，為了撿拾重心不穩落水、大聲呼叫：「救命啊」，所幸岸巡安檢所就在旁邊，所內副所長聽到呼叫聲，拿了救生圈就跳入水中英勇救人，副所長不顧自己將救生圈套在邱女身上，自己則在一旁載浮載沉。

淡水分隊隊員陳柏宇第一時間到場，穿了救生衣、戴上頭盔、揹著魚雷浮標跳入水中，將兩人拉上岸邊，所幸兩人均無大礙，邱女則在警局由友人接回，返家休養。（石永軒／新北報導）
