中秋節被全家拋棄 又沒男友來解救我 上來po最近服用膠原蛋白心得吧 我是吃跟貿易商買的 牛皮膠原蛋白 我都挖兩大匙加入牛奶 不會有腥味 倒是有橡皮味@@ 每次只要喝完 我就會開始超想睡覺 起初前兩天 宿便大量排出 非常誇張的排便..@@ 但之後就沒順暢了 不知道是不是我吃得太少... 早晨睡醒洗臉後 臉突然看起來很白 那天看到嚇一跳 因為今年夏天 我明明曬黑了... 至於膚況 最近換過討厭的直銷保養防曬品 皮膚很不穩定 *************************************** 總之最明顯的應該是 每次都會讓我立刻想睡 怎會這樣? 還有一早洗完臉 臉刷白的感覺 和以往不一樣... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.66.74.115 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/BeautySalon/M.1410069388.A.18A.html
