道歉難啟齒　日本有專人代勞服務

據美國「Odditycentral」網站4日報導，日本有種特殊公司，專門替人道歉，而且生意還不差。報導指這行業之所以如此成功，是因為很多人做錯事都難開口道歉，特別惹火他人或傷害到對方的感情時，道歉尤為困難。

透過雇傭專家，不僅可以避免尷尬，還可以確保受害者獲得適當的道歉，這些道歉公司根據情況的嚴重程度，訓練他們的員工處理各種情況，員工都非常專業，能幫客戶解決各種棘手的道歉問題。比如，可假扮成客戶的父母或朋友，幫忙與情人分手，也可假扮成妻子，在客戶不願意上班時幫忙向上司請假。當然，這些公司承認，他們的服務多基於欺騙，承接最多的道歉事件都與金錢或感情有關。這些公司4成客戶為20到40歲的女性。 　　

收費標準依照道歉要求的不同而有差異，需要面對面親自道歉的情況最為複雜，道歉公司「Shazaiya Aiga Pro Agency」的面對面道歉收費2萬5日元(約台幣7200)，發電郵或電話道歉為1萬日元(約台幣2800)。其他公司如「Nihon Shazai Daikokao」則按時收費，每小時3500日元(約台幣1004)。 （國際中心／綜合外電報導）
