浙江樓塌埋7人　官方曾稱「非危樓」

中國浙江寧波奉化市一棟5層樓民宅，在今晨9時許發生倒塌，涉及15戶人家，傳出有7人被埋，當局派出近500人救援隊伍搶救被困人士。

但據中國《搜狐網》和《央視》等媒體報導，這棟樓在這2年來，持續出現牆體剝落，「晚上睡覺都會掉粉塵」，而且出現裂痕、門窗打不開等情況。居民向當局反映問題後，當地政府在1個月前派出專家對房屋進行安全鑑定，但報告稱「房屋鑑定為合格，可修補，不屬於危樓」，沒想到今日發生倒塌。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
