男挾子騷擾前妻　違保護令判拘百日

新竹市1名40歲許男，2年前因個性不合與池姓妻子離婚，未料他卻常騷擾前妻，令她受不了申請家暴令，法院核發保護令禁止許男騷擾。但許男不滿前妻申請保護令，多次帶著兒子到前妻工作的髮廊，嗆聲「把事情鬧大陷害我」、「在外面討客兄又要報警」、「把舅舅幹掉，媽媽就會跟我們回家」等，甚至有1次兒子拒絕與父返家，妻阻擋遭許男勒脖施暴，池女報警處理。

許男供稱，去找前妻都是對方主動要求他前往其上班地點，他沒有主動找前妻，沒違反保護令。

但其子出庭證稱，父找媽媽都沒經過她的同意，就去找對方了，且父親都會要求他打給媽媽，媽媽不同意就會打他。前年12月父親曾於深夜帶他到新竹火車站外，要求他傳簡訊給媽媽，因媽媽不接電話，父就打巴掌及大腿，造成他臉部、腿瘀青。

法官認定許男犯行明確，依4度違反保護令罪，各判30日拘役，應執行100日，易科罰金10萬元。（楊勝裕／新竹報導）
