（軍聞社記者姜大宇高雄7日電）陸軍航空特戰部指揮官潘中將今日代表部長嚴明，表揚榮膺103年國軍模範母親的王陳秀美女士，感謝她教忠教孝的懿行，並激勵子弟王韋勝士官長服務軍旅戮力從公、敬業樂群的工作精神，蔚為國用。

　潘指揮官晚間由政戰主任范少將陪同，前往高雄旗津恭賀當選今年國軍模範母親的王陳秀美女士，並致贈「母儀典範」賀屏及禮品，更在訪視中感受楊女士教子有方、熱心公益的家庭教育內涵，以及溫馨濃郁的人情關懷。

　潘指揮官指出，王陳女士丈夫早年意外身亡，含辛茹苦將4名兒女撫養長大，並鼓勵次子從軍報國，自身也以認真工作持家、投入志工服務的身教言教，潛移默化兒子循規蹈矩、關懷社會，此次當選國軍模範母親可謂實至名歸。
