行政院修《建築法》　外國人考建築師鬆綁

因應我國加入WTO、APEC組織，行政院會上午通過《建築師法》修正草案，開放外國人可參加我國建築師專技考試，請領建築師證照及執業，並促進建築服務業邁入國際市場。

內政部表示，我國加入WTO後，營建承攬型態發生重大改變，其中以統包方式結合具有規劃、設計能力的建築師、技師等，成為營建產業發展未來趨勢，因此，修法放寬設立法人建築師事務所執行業務，使建築師事務所大型化，更具國際競爭力。

內政部指出，目前只有個人建築師事務所，未來可由多名建築師成立聯合建築師事務所，但須由3名以上具有開業資格的建築師組成，且建築師僅能加入一家聯合建築師務務所。此外，聯合建築師事務所受委託辦理業務時，應投保專業責任保險，事務所股東有不正當行為或廢弛業務情形，其他股東須負連帶賠償責任。(徐珮君／台北報導)
