經濟若好轉　張家祝籲企業加薪3~5%

行政院主計總處公布4月17項重要民生物資，價格漲幅創62個月新高，加重民眾生活壓力；經濟部長張家祝昨在立法院經委會再度呼籲企業加薪，「薪水若好，民眾心理會覺得舒緩一點。」他也相信若經濟好轉，企業主一定會贊成加薪、留住員工。

針對主計處指出，月薪5萬元就已屬於低收入戶，甚至有6成的民眾戶頭存款都不到10萬元。對此張家祝強調，企業加薪已經呼籲許多次，根據經濟部統計，除小型或微型企業較難統計外，中大型企業今年陸續都會加薪3~5%，許多公司都有加薪計畫，只是企業未必會公布。

張家祝也相信若經濟好轉，企業主都會贊成加薪，「畢竟企業都希望能有好的環境，留住員工、避免讓人才外流，否則不利長期整體經濟競爭力」。在這個創新創意的時代，經濟部也希望提供好的企業環境來留住人才、延攬人才，創造好的待遇水準。（黃馨儀／台北報導）
