一卡在手花到爽　盜刷病母卡喝花酒判刑

北市王姓男子去年趁母住院療養，卻趁保管母親花旗信用卡機會，盜刷19萬元，還用信用卡預借現金21萬元到酒店喝花酒，平白讓病母背負了43萬餘元，家人因發現王母帳單異常，報警後竟然發現是王男所為，王母忍痛提告，台北地院今依詐欺等罪判王男共2年徒刑，得易科罰金72萬元，因王男認錯並與花旗和解，宣告緩刑3年，可上訴。
 
王男被控去年4月趁保管病母的花旗信用卡時，2個月內一卡在手四處盜刷、預借現金，還喝花酒、買手機、LINE點數，害母親平白背負卡債43萬餘元，王母女兒收到帳單大吃一驚，並立刻報警。
 
王男到案後坦承犯行，並與花旗以22萬元和解，法官因此依15個偽造文書、13個詐欺罪判王男共2年徒刑，得易科罰金72萬元，緩刑3年，可上訴。（張欽／台北報導）
