阿里巴巴IPO　爽了韓裔日本人

據彭博報導，阿里巴巴赴美IPO（Initial Public Offering，首次公開發行），最大贏家不是創辦人馬雲或其他高層主管，也不是銀湖（Silver Lake）管理公司等創投業者，而是日本軟體銀行（SoftBank，軟銀）社長孫正義。

孫正義是韓裔日本人，生於日本九州，軟銀14年前拿2000萬美元投資當時籍籍無名的入口網站，該網站後來成了中國最大消費網站，即阿里巴巴，如今軟銀手中阿里巴巴持股價值高達580億美元，以矽谷的標準看，這種報酬無比驚人，被分析師封為「亞洲巴菲特」。

阿里巴巴IPO讓孫正義賺了裡子、也贏了面子，提供他更多銀彈繼續在全球進行併購。他去年7月取得美國電信商Sprint公司控制權後，毫不諱言也對T-Mobile US興趣高昂。分析師認為他也可能尋覓歐洲電信商標的，或在競購Vivendi旗下環球音樂集團（Universal Music）遭拒後，另尋其他類似標的。（于倩若／綜合外電報導）
