抓豬賽太殘忍？　立委：「再辦刪你預算！」

繼昨天布農族獵人為籌備「射耳祭」而誤入卑南族領域狩獵遭逮，今天延平鄉射耳祭正式開始時全場已瀰漫著低氣壓，但想不到鄉長胡榮典卻在場爆料，接到原民會電話要求停辦傳統的抓豬比賽，「若再辦就停止補助射耳祭」此話一出全場嘩然，鄉民相顧傻眼。然立委孔文吉則補充，其實原來是因民進黨藉立委林淑芬則要求原民會停辦，認為抓豬太過殘忍有虐待動物之嫌，「再辦就要刪掉5000萬預算！」

由於原民鄉普遍有抓豬活動，以前屏東獅子鄉南排灣也則有盛大的抓豬活動，而射耳祭則是散居全國布農族重大活動，其中抓豬活動又是重要項目之一，有布農族人不平表示：「這是原住民文化，現在是漢人在指責原住民文化殘忍嗎？」而立委林淑芬服務處則表示，這是上個會期12月時提出，目前林淑芬不便對外回應。（劉人瑋／台東報導）
