廢除60年　馬爾地夫決定恢復死刑

馬爾地夫廢除死刑60年，但在本周起恢復，裁定意圖謀殺或誤殺罪成的犯人，會接受致命注射，連青少年罪犯也不能倖免。聯合國和歐盟則譴責馬爾地夫恢復死刑。

據《半島電視台》報導，在馬爾地夫，滿10歲的罪犯必須服刑。但根據該國伊斯蘭教規條，部份罪犯滿7歲便要服刑，意味著青少年罪犯若犯謀殺或誤殺罪，也不能倖免死刑。新例實施以來，至今已有20人被判處死刑，當中只有1起案例被高等法院駁回。

聯合國及歐盟均對事件表示關注，譴責馬爾地夫恢復死刑，尤其是牽涉到青少年罪犯的案件。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
