標題[找板] 臺X大鳳X有線電視訊號不良可去哪問

各位板友好 小弟家裡電視最近有個小毛病 大約中午12點至下午4點這段時間 電視畫面都會訊號異常.. 就是有聲音 但畫面很多雜訊，每一台都一樣 我有打過電話問客服，對方也請人來查過線路 當時回覆是纜線老舊，需自費6000元更換.. 因為工程單位來的當下本人上班不在家， 所以由家中父母接應，他們也不知道該怎麼辦 小弟下班回家知道後，覺得不合理 纜線老舊造成訊號異常，為什麼是有時間性的? 請問 這方面的問題 我可以去哪個版尋問? 想知道有沒有板友遇過類似的問題.. -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 223.140.163.60 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1399103034.A.B12.html
