日本新聞網今天報導，索尼公司昨天已簽署合約，將電腦事業部門正式出售給私募公司「日本產業合作夥伴」，未來的電腦公司新名稱為「VAIO株式會社」。

索尼的個人電腦品牌VAIO已存在十多年，但近年來赤字連連，索尼因此決定出售。

日本新聞網報導，新成立的VAIO株式會社將全盤繼承索尼電腦事業，總公司設在長野縣安曇野市，將於7月1日正式開張。

新公司的資本額為10億日圓，員工240人，日本產業合作夥伴持股95%，索尼持股5%。(中央社)
