標題[請益] 奇美實業福利/特用化學

小弟化工碩士畢，一份工作是在科技業 對傳產有點不熟，所以有幾個問題想請教板上神人.. (1) 大家都說奇美實業福利好，請問該公司薪水/年終/Total大概多少? (2) 奇美實的RD似乎就是特化，裡面的生態大概如何? 爬文有瞄到"很操、要會日文"幾個關鍵字 = =" (3) 長春化工剛進去都做助理工程師嗎? 長春的薪水/年終/Total大概多少? (4) 年新60~70K，工時固定(朝八晚五)的小傳產 和長春、奇美實(特化)比起來，有沒有比較好阿?
