大家好 現在有點迷惘 有問題上來向各位請益 我在目前公司大約七.八年了 是小型電子製造業 職務是MIS跟總務 由於公司營運不是很理想 一直虧錢 近期開始部分人被裁 我被總經理約談 說叫我除了原本的工作外 也到製造現場幫忙 但是我對現場工作並不熟悉也沒興趣 本來是拒絕 也有講說可以資遣 可是後來又其他主管去進讒言 變成假如這樣資遣我對其他人想被資遣的不公平 後來三個人在那 我也不知道要講什麼 僵在那 我想問一下 公司有沒有違反調動原則 我該怎麼辦 明天要回覆 我的立場是不想去現場 希望可以被資遣 不然年資有點浪費了 白撐了 公司感覺再撐也撐不了多久了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.142.21.92 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1396358521.A.87C.html
