安養中心舊棉被 2千狗兒當新床

〔自由時報記者邱芷柔／內埔報導〕內埔鄉迦南養護中心汰換院內舊棉被，原本要被載到垃圾場的棉被，透過網友牽線讓物資再利用，安養中心昨天將三十五床舊棉被及破舊冬衣，全數捐助高雄市流浪動物保育協會在潮州設立的收留場，讓舊棉被成為狗兒的新床。

迦南中心主任杜佳樺表示，院方長期推動資源共享、物資再利用，汰換棉被的消息在網路上張貼後，引起網友回響，部分棉被已捐贈給內埔地區的香蕉農當作整理農地使用，剩下的三十五床棉被及破舊的棉質冬衣，透過網友牽線，成為狗兒的新床。

高雄市流浪動物保育協會理事長趙奇華表示，目前潮州收留場內約有兩千多隻狗，每天光飼料就逾萬元，實在沒有多餘的經費去幫狗兒增添保暖墊等設備，所幸有熱心人士提供物資，讓毛小孩能夠有更舒適的生活環境。
