最近應徵台中太平某光電公司 應徵內容為： 大夜班 CNC 銑床工程師 人力銀行廣告上很清楚的寫了：待遇 40-50K 這與接下來的遭遇形成強烈對比 剛開始與主管相談甚歡 看過了環境、工作內容 大致上都很滿意 然後主管開出了神奇的薪水：大夜班 32K (附帶一提：若要在日班是 28K) 我當時還以為我聽錯了 後來課長解釋：加班一定有 40K 以上 雖然其他的福利並不差 但是這並不能當作薪水低的藉口 我的生活是靠最後實質領到的薪水 不是靠公司所謂的福利！ 不是說公司有獨門訂單、獨門專利 工作做不完、趕工趕不及 說的天花亂墜好似公司前景無限 好歹我也數年經驗 只要一小段時間適應環境後 獨立作業沒問題 但最好是談薪水是先把加班含進去的啦！ 後來就婉拒了該公司的錄取 現在想想當時人事的公司介紹 一家新公司大餅畫的超大 但是根本吃不到 (苦笑) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.240.135.40 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1396313979.A.B48.html ※ 編輯: johnnycgi (123.240.135.40), 04/01/2014 09:00:22
