證交所：雄獅融資融券交易　今起開放

台灣證交所表示，根據「有價證券得為融資融券標準」就上市有價證券辦理融資融券的規定，上市最大旅行社業者雄獅（2731）去年9月24日上市至今已滿6個月，每股淨值28.6元也在票面之上。
 
其次，雄獅股票在上市滿半年前的90個營業日，股價沒有波動過度劇烈，或成交量過度異常等狀況，因此證交所從4月1日起，開放該檔股票做融資融券交易。
 
證交所指出，雄獅實收資本額為7億元，持股1000股~5萬股的股東有2376人，全體董事、監察人、經理人及持股超過10%的股東，所持有記名股份占公司上市股份的比率是35.88%，顯示沒有股權過度集中的狀況。（劉煥彥／台北報導）
