不滿判決 男駕車停總統府前

（中央社記者劉建邦台北21日電）家住基隆的鄭姓男子今天駕車到總統府前抗議。警方說，鄭男坦承因涉及家暴案，認為法院判決不公，才到總統府陳情。

台北市中正一警分局表示，鄭男下午3時許，開車沿重慶南路南往北方向行駛，左轉要到總統府陳情，因鄭男車外貼有抗議標語，遭憲兵攔停在總統府前一號門出入口前。

警方說，經憲兵詢問，領有身心障礙手冊的鄭男表示要向總統府陳情，介壽派出所員警主動到場協助，結果在車內副駕駛座腳踏墊上發現一桶5.8公升的汽油。

警方表示，為避免發生意外，依警察職權行使法規定，立即擊破鄭男駕駛的車輛車窗，並把人帶出車外實施管束。

鄭男初步偵訊供稱，因涉家暴案件認為法院判決不公，希望向總統府陳情，並引起社會大眾關注，且下午1時多曾停在台北地檢署前抗議，之後轉赴總統府。

中正第一分局說明，民眾要陳情、請願，應循正常管道陳述，將加強總統府周邊道路安全維護，如發現可疑人、車會立即實施攔檢盤查，淨化總統府周邊秩序。1031021
