勝華傳大量解雇　員工惶惶心難安

陷入財務危機的觸動面板廠勝華（2384），員工向《蘋果》爆料將大規模解雇員工，員工各個人心惶惶，難以安心工作。台中市勞工局局長賴淑惠表示，勝華在台灣有潭子廠、中工廠以及桃園廠，該局負責中工廠部分，本月3日曾接獲勝華提中工廠大規模解雇的計畫書，解雇人數約500多人，勝華事後在上周五抽回該計畫書，表明不進行大規模解雇，改採精實計畫，勞工局已要求10天內提交精實計畫內容，審查是否符合勞基法等相關規範。
 
立委江啟臣也接獲勝華員工的陳情，憂心勝華大量解雇員工，勞動部調查了解後，公文回覆江啟臣，潭子廠以桃園幼獅廠雖傳聞解雇千人，但尚未收到該公司提報大量解僱計畫書，密切注意後續動向。
 
勝華發言人黃忠傑今天接受《蘋果》電訪指出，公司進行精實方案，人力該如何調配正研究中，不過，絕對符合法令，也顧及員工權利，現階段希望員工穩定下來，安心工作。（蕭夙眉／台中報導）
