財政部：樂見台新金同意董事、獨董6：3

彰銀（2801）今天舉行董事會，公股取得優勢。財政部晚間由國庫署長凌忠嫄召開記者會，表示樂見台新金同意董事、獨董席次6：3。

對於台新金（2887）希望財政部 能夠遵守2005年7月21日的公文，也就是台新金主張下屆彰銀董事席次，一般董事5席、獨立董事4席財政部表示，今天董事會的重點在於審計委員會設立，在2005年財政部承諾時，並沒有審計委員會，因為審計委員會是在2006年開始才有的，因此條件與當初並不相同。

財政部長張盛和日前曾表達，如果要設4席獨董，雙方各2席，依規定，審計委員會議案只要2席支持就過了，這樣公股完全沒有制衡力量。因此，今天彰銀的董事會，在財政部親自出馬，雙方以董事、獨董各6席與3席，達成共識。（王立德／台北報導）
