震旦3D列印軟硬通吃　入主通業技研

震旦集團10月20日正式邁入第50周年，創辦人陳永泰喊下長期「3、2、1」營運目標，也就是兩岸3000個據點、2萬個員工以及1000億台幣營業額。看好3D列印市場前景，震旦宣布以1.125億元入主通業技研，取得55%股權，未來將結合震旦的通路、資金優勢整合通業技研的研發、技術強強聯手，全力拓展兩岸超過500億元的3D列印市場。

未來，震旦也將規劃跨入直接數位製造(DDM)商業模式，亦可發展3D列印租賃市場，目標成為兩岸最大的2D+3D列印通路商，法人預估2017年震旦於兩岸3D事業營收將超過25億元的規模。

通業技研成立於1992年，目前股本5000萬元，震旦共取得55%的股權，該公司20年來深耕於3D軟硬體銷售以及系統整合應用服務，營業項目包含代理3D列印機Stratasys品牌、3D掃瞄設備、3D軟體代銷售等，估今年營收將超過2億元，淨利率超過10%。（楊喻斐／台北報導）
