【動新聞】牙齒修不好　女怒罵牙醫很爛

桃園一名鍾姓女子（35歲）去年7月15日到牙科看診時與李姓牙醫發生爭執，破口大罵「從來沒有看過這麼爛的醫生」、「超爛」等語；李姓牙醫憤而提告。鍾女向法官供稱，當天是因牙齒脫落去看診，診斷後醫生說是牙齒銀粉斷裂，表示無法處理，要她轉診到別家，但前年7月、10月她明明就是到該家牙科由李幫她補牙，李卻否認，她認為李填寫病歷不確實，一時氣憤才會說那些話。
 
桃園地院審理時，李姓牙醫提出鍾女病歷表，並未有補牙記錄，也堅稱沒印象幫她補過牙；然鍾女拿來前年7月、10月至該牙科看診的醫療明細，且法官調閱其健保資料，也証明鍾女除了到該牙科看診外，並未到過其他牙科就醫，確認只到過該牙科補過牙。
 
桃園地院認為，鍾女係針對李未在病歷確實填載相關補牙治療情形表示不滿，此等負面言語，內容或使人感覺不快，但客觀上仍屬合理表達意見之範圍，判決無罪。（張沛森／桃園報導）
