北約稱俄在烏東開火　兩平民中炮喪生

烏克蘭反政府武裝分子控制的東部地區，局勢仍然不穩。北約官員聲稱，俄軍近日把火砲運入烏克蘭境內，並向烏克蘭軍隊開火。

俄羅斯一支運送「救援物資」的車隊，昨（22日）未經烏方同意，就駛進烏克蘭東部控制地區，令當地局勢一度緊張。歐洲觀察員表示，車隊中有5輛貨車在當地時間周五（22日）已返回俄羅斯境內。

另外，法新社記者在當地周六（23日）早上，於頓內次克（Donetsk）目擊至少兩名平民被炮火擊中，浴血伏屍街頭。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
