標題[問題] 工作自由度低

目前在傳產業務單位 到職約5個月 工作內容為跟國內外客戶及工廠聯繫 不是第一份工作 困擾我的是 每篇公司公文含e-mail都要先給小主管看過再發出 內容幾乎都會被修改 小主管自己也忙 相當於要花兩倍時間作業 修改的部分總覺得有些吹毛求疵 不是很有意義 反而有時候自己的意思會被改掉 要花更多時間溝通 工作效率變差 個人不太習慣 以往的工作就算報價也可以自己決定 在24小時內報出去 這邊會弄到2-3天 請問這種狀況在在各位的公司正常嗎? 我以為業務工作就是要效率優先 這樣做起來實在有點綁手綁腳 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 180.176.104.108 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1408773390.A.6B2.html
