iPhone 5 電力突然續航不足？Apple宣佈iPhone 5部份機種召回更換電池

1f66db363e1c40e7839cc16b773bb75f 根據Apple官網表示，Apple已確定少數的 iPhone 5 裝置可能會突然發生電池續航時間縮短的問題，或是需要更頻繁地充電。受影響的 iPhone 5 裝置為 2012 年 9 月到 2013 年 1 月之間售出，且受影響的序號範圍有限。如果您的 iPhone 5 有上述症狀請到官網查詢是否符合免費召回資格。

蘋果的官網在8/22宣佈這項全球召回計畫，如果你的iPhone 5 是在 2012 年 9 月到 2013 年 1 月之間購買的，就有機會符合這項召回資格，免費由官方幫你更換電池。不過你必須要到官網輸入你的序號來檢查，尋找iPhone序號的步驟為到「設定」>「一般」>「關於本機」來檢視序號。

然後就到官網上輸入序號查詢即可。

至於開始更換的時間，台灣地區從8 月 29 日開始進行更換，到時請至 Apple 授權維修中心，來更換電池。此外，Apple並表示此計畫只限定在原購買國家/地區維修，如果你的 iPhone 5 符合電池更換資格，且之前已經受到此問題影響，並且已支付了電池更換費用，可以聯絡 Apple 洽詢退款事宜。
