標題[問題] Toshiba R930 Fn鍵會自動鎖住

廠牌:Toshiba 型號:R930 i5 購入日期:今年三月左右 距上次使用正常時間:1~2個月 OS版本:win 8.1 平常作業內容:文書 上網 偶爾玩遊戲 有無內建還原功能(Y/N):有 問題內容: 我常常帶筆電出門使用 大約從一兩個月以前發現 有時候帶出門 之後回家開機會發現好像是Fn自動鎖住 (不確定是不是fn.. 但發生時 單按d 會變成回到桌面windows+d 單按f會變成搜尋) google看到按Fn+F11 第一次有用 後來有時會沒用 但重開機就又正常了 有時候是早上起床開電腦就已經是鎖住狀況 有在版上/R930 /fn和google 但是沒有看到類似狀況 請問該如何解決? 是某個設定跳掉了嗎?
