科學家開始調查「世界終結」大洞

在俄羅斯西伯利亞最北面、有「世界終結」之稱的亞馬爾半島（Yamal Peninsula），最近突然出現一個直徑約神秘大洞，引起外界諸多揣測，俄國科學家已經開始著手調查。

俄羅斯國家科學北極研究中心高級研究員普列漢諾夫(Andrey Plekhanov)表示，由於大洞呈橢圓形多過圓形，因此很難準確計算出它的直徑，目前估計約為30公尺，若果連噴出的泥土一起量度則大概為60公尺，深度約有50至70公尺，洞底是一個冰湖。

該個神秘大洞很可能是在最近一、兩年形成，四周陽光照不到的牆壁相當潮濕，可能是因為冰湖在陽光下解凍，造成牆壁上有很多水份。普列漢諾夫表示，已經採集泥土壤及冰的樣本送到實驗室化驗。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
