羅瑩雪首波檢察長人事異動　喊卡

國內情治首長昨天才大搬風，法務部長羅瑩雪原定明天要召開檢察官人事審議委員會，公布檢察首長異動名單，卻臨時喊卡。今早10時左右，各地檢審委員都皆獲法務部電話告知取消明天的檢審會，僅表示擇期再開。
 
1名檢審委員表示，檢審會上週五開會時，擔任主席的政務次長陳明堂已明確指出，這次檢察長調動包含部內司長級人事，司長人事必須先由行政院核定後才能公布，若司長人事政院來不及處理，預定明天召開的檢審會就有可能取消。
 
另名檢審委員指出，檢察首長調動前夕，台北地檢署檢察長楊治宇堅持求去，雖羅瑩雪慰留，但楊的去意堅定，連帶影響這次定調的「補齊缺額、五都不動」調動原則，因而暫緩召開。
 
更有人指出，情治首長昨天大搬風，有可能波及明天的檢察首長大調動，因而成為暫緩因素之一。（胡守得／台北報導）
