【動新聞】正妹控男性侵　意外揪警竄改證物

楊姓女子指控楊姓前男友性侵，但因MSN對話紀錄疑遭竄改，法官另向檢方告發，追究是否有不肖警員，涉嫌變造證據，也因證據遭改，一、二審均罪證不足判張男無罪。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，新北市楊姓男子(20歲)4年前與楊姓前女友交往，雙方以MSN聯繫，女方指控，在她未滿15歲2人發生性行為，楊男事後還持裸照恐嚇不得分手。檢警依MSN對話紀錄，起訴張男涉犯妨害性自主等罪，法院委託鑑定後發現，張男筆電被台北市刑大查扣保管後，電腦內MSN紀錄疑遭警方竄改。負責偵辦的台北市刑大韓姓小隊長則喊冤：「不認識男女雙方，沒必要竄改電腦紀錄。」（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
