兩院長同意權案 最慢月底送立院

立法院本會期三件人事案，檢察總長人事案上月底立法院投票同意；考試院、監察院人事同意權案最慢本月底送到立法院，若順利，本會期應能行使兩院的同意權案。

根據立法院職權行使法，立法院行使考試院、監察院院長、副院長同意權程序時，應開全院委員會，邀提名人列席答詢並審查資格是否適任。經全體立委二分之一以上投票同意即為通過。
