百年「蠔」門李錦記　煮湯意外成商機

富比士年初公布香港50富豪，李錦記第3代掌門人李文達列第42。賣醬料賣到身家數百億，意外揭開百年「蠔門」世家的神秘面紗。

今日出刊的《壹週刊》報導，在香港街頭，大樓廣告、超市貨架、餐廳廚房、甚至便當裡附的醬料包，都看得到李錦記，保守估計市佔逾7成。有126年歷史的李錦記已傳承5代，創辦人李錦裳煮蠔湯忘了關火，意外熬出獨門風味，也開展李家百年商機。第3代李文達歷經伯姪、兄弟2次分家危機。隨第4代陸續歸隊，李錦記堅持不上市，改成立家族委員會共治。

為推廣中菜料理，李錦記今年更斥資千萬元舉辦亞洲廚王賽。第3代掌門人、86歲的李文達難得露面，他開心地說，多年前曾發願「有人的地方就要有李錦記」，現在連沒人的地方也去了，去年李錦記登上中國太空船神州十號，成了指定醬料。李文達說：「李錦記126年了，還有永遠傳承下去。」（方翊倩／綜合報導）
