中國南海設鑽油平台　越南抗議

中國近日在南海海域架鑽油平台勘探石油，引發南海緊張情勢升溫。越南副總理兼外交部長范平明昨致電中國國務委員楊潔篪提出抗議。美國批評中國在南海設鑽油台之舉是挑釁，無助維持區內和平穩定。

范平明稱中國單方面使用鑽油平台「海洋石油981」與軍艦等船隻在越南大陸架海域展開勘探石油，違反國際法與國際慣例，嚴重侵犯越南對西沙群島以及專屬經濟區和 大陸架的主權和管轄權，越南堅決反對中方此舉，要求中方立即將「海洋石油981」鑽油台與船隻撤離越南海域。

中國國務委員楊潔篪則要求越方停止干擾中國企業在中國西沙群島海域的作業，指越方作錯誤言論，表明中國堅定維護西沙群島主權的嚴正立場。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
