質疑警辦公民記者　警：洪崇晏想太多

台大學生洪崇晏昨遭北市刑大拘提後，送北檢複訊後，獲無保請回。之後在自己的臉書報平安，並質疑警方在訊問過程中，針對「現場進行網路直播者」特別訊問「是否 認識、與其關係為何、有無對價關係….」他認為警方會針對網路直播者、公民記者、現場記錄者進行威嚇和「煽惑群眾」的指控，請各位務必謹慎。

台北市刑警大隊今天指出，洪崇晏想太多了，警方辦案是講求證據的，根據蒐證相關證據進行後續調查。

據了解，現在台北市刑大偵辦的318、323、411、426、428及癱瘓北捷、忠孝東路交通等案件，都沒有洪崇晏質疑的公民記者、網路直播者、現場記錄者等對象。（張芳榮／台北報導）
