首爾地鐵追撞又是人禍　14小時前便知故障

上周五(2日)發生在南韓首爾的地鐵相撞事件，造成249人受傷，今天(6日)初步調查結果出爐，原來首爾地鐵公社的員工，在追撞事故發生前14個小時，就已經知道安全訊號系統發生故障，但並沒有立即採取措施，才會造成意外，和「歲月號」渡輪沉沒一樣，都是人禍。

上周五，首爾最繁忙的2號線地鐵在「上往十里」站發生追撞，造成249名乘客受傷。意外發生後，首爾市政府與首爾地鐵公社雙雙表示，是在上月29日修改訊號系統後，系統出現了誤差，但工作人員並沒發現。直到警方公佈調查結果後，首爾地鐵公社方面才坦承，其實在事發當天上午，就有員工向訊號管理中心通報訊號有誤，但並沒被當作是嚴重問題，也沒有向上級匯報。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
