台灣金控董事長暨銀行公會理事長李紀珠今天表示，以多管齊下的方式讓房價到合理的水位是有幫助的，目前屬於低利環境，調高利率提升資金水位，對銀行是好的。

李紀珠今天參加金融研訓院所舉辦的「兩岸金融關鍵議題研討會」，會後接受媒體做以上表示。

外界關心高房價的問題，銀行除了降低貸款成數，是否會調高利率等其他方式？李紀珠表示，以多管齊下的方式，讓房價降到合理價格，有幫助的。目前仍屬低利環境，提高利率提升資金水準，對銀行是好的。

李紀珠也建議，有些寫入服務貿易協議當中大陸已經對台灣承諾開放，如人民幣合格境內機構投資者(RQFII)，若大陸單方面若能夠開放，台灣就可以進入投資。(中央社)
