作賊喊抓賊？　中官員：勿讓網路損害他國利益

一連兩日的第六輪中美戰略經濟對話今於北京閉幕，《紐約時報》昨報導指出，中國駭客入侵美國網站將是雙方討論重點，對此，美國國務卿凱瑞並未提及《紐時》報導，僅說中美已對駭客議題「坦承」交換意見，而中國國務委員楊潔篪則稱，網路不應成為損害他國利益工具。

楊潔篪在記者會上表示，網路安全問題是「所有國家都面臨的共同威脅」、「不能讓網路空間成為損害其他國家利益工具」。《紐時》報導，中國駭客今年入侵美國政府的資料庫，盜取上萬筆政府員工的個資。楊潔篪此言似乎是做賊的先喊抓賊。

楊潔篪還說，中美是否重啟網路對話工作小組，則視美方能否創造合適條件而定，還說此問題需要雙方互信才能解決。（桂家齊／綜合外電報導）
