波克夏灑29億美元收購加拿大能源商

「股神」巴菲特（Warren Buffett）領導的波克夏海瑟威（Berkshire Hathaway）再度大出手併購，宣布以現金32億加元（29億美元）同意收購SNC-Lavalin Group Inc.旗下的加拿大輸電線網業者AltaLink。此交易凸顯波克夏海瑟威對於仍有意擴大能源業投資。
 
波克夏表示，截至去年底，AltaLink擁有59億加元的資產，包括280個電力分站及約1.2萬公里的輸電網絡。（王秋燕／綜合外電報導）
